You can use the bracelet as a reminder of your strength and of all that supports you to be strong when you need it. When you feel unsettled, look at the bracelet. Feel the bracelet and the beads. Notice the blue bead as it pulls your mind toward solitude and peace. Rub the bead. Play with the bracelet. Let it take your attention away for a moment, so you can then return to focus on what you want to focus on, what’s important to you, and what you can control.
