If you feel overwhelmed, chances are that your thoughts are not staying in the present but rather reviewing the past or predicting a terrible future. Mindfulness essentially means paying attention to the present without judgment. Here at Invisible Riptide, we want to help provide the education and guidance that our children, teens, adults, and communities need to help each other and themselves through hardship.
