Grief Resources

Grief Resources
As we are here to help educate and provide guidance to families and communities going through mental struggles, we also want to give resources to those who need them.
Here at Invisible Riptide, we have created our Discussion Guide covering the topic of grief to help educate and support children, teens, adults, and the community. Grief is ongoing and may ebb and flow, but it never fully goes away. Our hearts and minds store the emotions and memories of the person lost. We hope you find solace in some of these resources and find ways to connect with others. Connection is vital for coping.
